All Card holder information is Secure through a secure payment gateway and we do not store card holder info on the website. We do not share customer information with any other third party.
b) If you place an order before 12 PM ET, it is most likely that the product will be shipped the same day. We pay special attention to Overnight Orders. As we Know The best way to ensure that your order is received is to call. We welcome your inquiry into the status of your order. If your order is especially time sensitive call us and we will work on it right away. This allows us the best opportunity to get your order to you without delay. We understand emergencies and we will work to accommodate you, as best we can.
c) Orders placed during the weekends or holidays are shipped the next business day, though we do ship on Saturday. Saturday shipments are not guaranteed though unless you made arrangements with us prior to ordering.
d) We are not responsible for severe weather delays at origin or destination of any item sold.
e) We do not ship to guest at hotels.
f) All Shipments are Based on Business day Travel not including Saturday or Sunday (with the exception of Saturday Delivery).

i) Please note there will be an $10.00 fee to re-ship ground orders that are undeliverable. Additional charges may apply for upgrading the ship type other than ground services. Customers requesting upgrades on shipment from ground to expedited services must contact customer service.
j) Shipping and billing address must be the same, if not, please call your credit card company to have the new (different) shipping address approved.
We are not responsible for weather Challenges experienced by our carriers. We cannot guarantee exact shipping times regardless of Carrier Claims. If the carrier is late through no fault of our own, no credit for shipping will be issued.

Payment for the products will be made by MC/VISA AMEX DISCOVER, PayPal, Wire Transfer, Western Union or some other prearranged payment method unless credit terms have been agreed to by Lev8 Labs, Ltd.

Products may be returned for replacement or refund within 30 days of purchase IF UNOPENED(seal is not broken).
Customer pays for the shipping cost of any product returned. All replacements are shipped ground unless paid by the customer for a faster method. Premium Shipping charges are non-refundable.
All Credit Card processing fees are non-refundable.
Physically damaged or opened products are not returnable. Please contact us for a replacement if there was a problem with your product.
Product Damaged in Transit/ Shipping: If you receive a package/box that shows obvious sign of damage, please refuse the shipment/Package. The shipping carrier( ex. FedEx, UPS, DHL or USPS) is responsible for these damages, not you. Upon opening the package, if you discover that the item was damaged during shipment, please contact the carrier immediately for an inspection. Then please contact Lev8 Labs, Ltd. and we will file a claim.
If you received a damaged Package/Box, you must report it to Lev8 Labs, Ltd. within 2 Business Days. If you fail to report within 2 Business days, Lev8 Labs, Ltd. will not be responsible for the damage claims.
Defective, Missing Or Incorrect Product: If you received a defective, missing or incorrect item, a replacement will be shipped to you. please contact us as soon as possible if this occurs. Lev8 Labs, Ltd. will do what we can to fix the situation as quickly as possible.
Before you return a product, you must get an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from Lev8 Labs, Ltd. Products returned without an RMA number are not considered returns. Lev8 Labs, Ltd. must receive all incoming merchandises within 10 days otherwise the RMA will be void.
